**Finance Manager**

MCE is currently recruiting a **Finance Manager** to join the Brussels based team.

You will report to and support the MD in managing the performance of the company. You will be responsible for all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management, collection and accounting in a practical and hands-on way. You will manage the accounting team and also undertake projects and individual tasks as part of your role. You will ensure that applicable laws are respected, and that company’s financial reports are accurate and complete in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:
Manage the financial planning and budgeting process and take on major tasks and projects

Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to the Management Team

Prepare the financial reports and statements.

Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and standards

Communicate with MCE’s Headquarters, with external suppliers including faculty and with external stakeholders including auditors and bankers, social security and financial authorities.

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.

5 years of experience in a Senior Finance role with a proven track record of success.

Used to working in small sized company, and willing to being hands-on and task oriented

Strong financial analysis and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think strategically and drive results

Experience working in an international and multicultural environment

**Key Competencies Required**:
Bilingual English / French. Other languages is a plus
