Night Receptionist

**Job description**

We work in an international environment where all communication is mainly in English (Dutch speakers more than welcome). As a front office team member, who will partly work as a night auditor/night receptionist for the night shifts.

As a front desk receptionist, you will be trained to be responsible for a wide variety of reception tasks like checking guests in and out, answering calls, keeping an eye on the hotel and inform guests about all that Hotel has to offer.

**Primary tasks/responsibilities;**
- Checking hotel guests in and out
- Preparing reservations for guests
- Administration tasks
- Answering the phone
- Being flexible to help out the rest of the team and our guests where ever you can
- Offering information and service to our (potential) guests
