**The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities**:
Welcomes guests with a warm smile, performs check-ins and check-outs, and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay during the night hours.
Holds full responsibility for the hotel during the night and acts as the main point of contact for both guests and colleagues.
Prepares the hotel administratively and operationally for the next day, including drafting reports and briefing documents for the morning team.
Restocks the reception supplies, organizes the Front Office desks, and ensures all areas are tidy, presentable, and ready for the day ahead.
Processes no-shows, updates administrative records accurately, and keeps track of reservations.
Takes room service orders, prepares them with care, and delivers them to guest rooms, allowing guests to enjoy a refined late-night meal.
Assists with parking and retrieving guest vehicles for late arrivals or early departures, ensuring discretion and efficiency.
Steps into the role of receptionist when needed and supports colleagues with a variety of tasks that require flexibility.
Performs light cleaning and organizing duties, such as tidying the lobby bar or restocking essential items.
Assists the breakfast team in preparing early breakfast items such as coffee, tea, and pastries for early-rising guests.
Reports to the Front of the House Manager and communicates all relevant night-time updates, incidents, and points of attention.
Maintains clear and professional communication with other departments to ensure seamless handover and continuity.
Conducts night security rounds and remains available for events or special guest requests.
Sorts and delivers newspapers to guest rooms, offering them a thoughtful start to their day with the latest news.
Ensures a safe, serene, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the night—playing a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience even while the city sleeps.
