Als Project Manager ben je end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor de opstart en succesvolle uitvoering van projecten bij interne en externe klanten, met focus op activiteiten bij particuliere eindklanten op domeinen zoals telecom en smart energy.
**Jobomschrijving**:
- Organiseren, opvolgen en bijsturen van de operationele dienstverlening met het oog op een tijdige en efficiënte service.
- Je coördineert de roll-out projecten over de verschillende afdelingen.
- Opzetten van nieuwe projecten.
- Periodiek afstemmen met de klant om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening op te volgen en het geven van strategisch advies.
- Streven naar continue verbetering op het vlak van werkmethodes, processen en procedures.
- Verzorgen van een correcte rapportage en valideren van tussentijdse resultaten naar externe klanten, medewerkers en management.
**Gezocht profiel**
- Je genoot een hogere opleiding, zoals bachelor of master in een technische of management richting.
- Je bent een teamspeler met goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels. Een woordje Frans is een pluspunt. Je kunt passende, beknopte en accurate informatie communiceren.
- Je begrijpt de attitudes, belangen, perspectieven en behoeften van anderen. Je bent assertief en kunt anderen overtuigen.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en altijd op zoek naar verbetering.
- Ownership en 'hands-on' zijn termen die je op het lijf geschreven zijn.
- Je bent sterk in analytisch en procesmatig denken.
