Payroll Specialist White Collars

As a Payroll Specialist you are responsible for the day-to-day white collar payroll activities. On top of this, you will have the opportunity to be involved in our remarkable payroll transformation project.

T asks:

- Responsible for correct and timely payment of salaries and premiums in cooperation with the external payroll provider.
- Effective stakeholder management in case of unclarities or errors (time administrators, first line manager, depots or People business partners, external providers,...).
- Sanity checks on the accuracy of the master data, controlled by our master data team.
- Notice gaps in systems/ ways of working and take action upon this
- Seek constant improvement of our payroll process

**Profil**:

- 2-3 years of Payroll experience
- Mathematically/analytical strong
- Time management / accuracy
- Strong excel skills
- Strong communication skills on different levels : external partners, White collar employees & stakeholders
- Total ownership of your scope
- Insight in the agile way of working is an advantage
- Fluent in Dutch OR French and English.
- Good knowledge of social legislation
