Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble, and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances has been a reference in IT thanks to its expertise, transparency, and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for a Tribe Scrum master in Brussels.
Telework - onsite : 2 to 3 days per week onsite
Key responsibilities:
- Setting up and facilitating the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
- Scheduling and following the key steps of the methodology
- Guaranteeing a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles
- Providing assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog
- Assisting and supporting the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
- Tracking team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes
- Coaching and challenging the Project Team
- Helping the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization
- Removing barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
- Being the ambassador of agile methods within the company
- Providing to his/her superiors a reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects
- Risk & issue management
Expected competencies:
- Agile methodology - Mandatory
- Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira) - Mandatory
- Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling - Mandatory
- Sound knowledge of software development methodology - Mandatory
- Sound knowledge of project management methodology - Mandatory
Languages:
- French - Fluent - Mandatory
- English - Fluent - Mandatory
