V-IT is currently looking for an Epic Owner /Scrum Master.

**Job Description**:
Scrum Master Data Warehouse squad

Organization Description

Our non-technical people maintain the maturity of the IT project delivery with appropriate controls in line with the group’s risk appetite and reducing development and running costs.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Coach the squad to adapt to an environment where Agile is not yet fully deployed and understood
- Coach the squad to be self-organized with multidisciplinary skills
- Increase efficiency of Agile teams though
- organizing and facilitating scrum events and decision-making processes (sprint and release planning, identification of tasks, progress reporting, etc )
- removing impediments (managing conflicts interests, negotiating inputs between different parties, proactively identifying issues and risks, etc )
- Facilitate team transparency and share progress using the appropriate communication channels
- Collect and analyse KPIS to measure the progress of the Agile transformation
- Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency
- Ensure that deliverables follow Agile guidelines and standards
- Provide guidelines to Product Owner to take on the Product Owner role
- Close Coordination with to the tribe scrum master in order to ensure consistency with Agile transformation in the other divisions in the group
- Share knowledge and support less experienced Scrum Master

Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience as Scrum Master
- Scrum and/or Kanban certified
- Preferably relevant experience in Agile roll-out within business project team
- Knowledge of Securities Services and/or Systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Drive, ability to “make things happen”, ability to challenge and overcome resistance
- Good influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal. You can communicate with a diversity of stakeholders. Good command of English is indispensable.
