The opportunityAs an IT Integrator, you drive complex IT change across multiple teams, domains and areas within a large financial services environment.You operate at enterprise scale, where alignment, dependencies and coordination are critical in a regulated context.This is not a delivery role and not classic project management.You work between business intent and IT execution, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to large IT change initiatives.Your impactYou own the overarching IT implementation of complex change by:Defining interdependencies between features, epics and teamsCreating a clear and executable IT implementation planCoordinating execution across domains and areasMaking dependencies visible so teams can prioritize correctlyCoordinating end to end testing and activationDriving collaboration across business, IT and architectureReporting progress clearly to different levels of the organizationYour focus is simple: plan it well, align everyone, and make it land in a regulated financial environment.How you operateYou work across the organization, not inside a single squad.You:Clarify ownership and responsibilities for change initiativesAlign business, IT delivery and architectureSet up pragmatic project governanceCoordinate execution, testing and activationYou interact confidently with product and IT leadership, architects, risk, compliance, data teams and external partners, aligning priorities without slowing delivery.What makes you a strong fitExperience in IT coordination, IT project management or complex changeFamiliarity with enterprise IT landscapes in financial servicesStrong understanding of IT delivery and technical dependenciesAbility to bring structure to complex and regulated environmentsConfidence in senior stakeholder managementOwnership mindset with a collaborative approachThe Smart ProgramYou start this role via Projective Talent's Smart Program, designed for professionals who want to grow into a long term role within a leading financial institution.During the program, you:Work full time on high impact IT change initiatives at the clientFollow a structured training and coaching track via Projective TalentDevelop both your technical and consulting skillsReceive close guidance and feedback throughout your journeyThe intention is clear: after approximately two years, you are ready to integrate into the client organization in a permanent role, fully embedded and prepared for the environment.
