Enterprise Architect Finance, Risk, HR/FM/GVM, Digital/Data, Channels (Sales) - FR L'Enterprise Architect Finance, Risk, HR/FM/GVM, Digital/Data, Channels (Sales) est responsable de la stratégie et de la feuille de route en termes d’Enterprise Architecture dans un domaine donné. Il/elle collabore étroitement avec le directeur du business, le Chief Product Owner, les Product Owners et les Solution Architects pour développer une stratégie d’architecture soutenant les besoins du business. Vos tâches : Se familiariser avec les objectifs stratégiques du business. Participer aux cérémonies budgétaires transversales (PBO+ et QBR+) et au Change & Run Board de son domaine. Mettre à jour ses connaissances du marché et de la concurrence dans son domaine. Prendre la direction des choix technologiques selon la stratégie d’architecture et la feuille de route, en conformité avec les normes de P&V (sécurité, etc.). Développer et actualiser en permanence l’architecture cible et la feuille de route. Consulter les parties prenantes du business pour aligner l’architecture et la feuille de route avec leurs besoins et défis. Contribuer à la stratégie d’architecture globale de P&V. Assurer une cohérence maximale au sein du domaine et une réutilisation des actifs, en collaboration avec d’autres EA. Participer à l’Architecture Board, définir l’ordre du jour. Se tenir informé des évolutions technologiques et de leur application dans le domaine, en concertation avec ses collègues EA. Soutenir « l’architectural runway » et créer des « enabler epics » de haut niveau. Prendre des décisions d’architecture de contenu au-delà des équipes de livraison. Collaborer avec les Solution Architects sur les décisions importantes (upgrades, architecture, etc.). Remonter les problèmes liés à l’architecture. Obtenir le buy-in des parties prenantes clés du business et IT. Communiquer la vue d’ensemble aux parties prenantes à tous les niveaux. Veiller à la qualité et au respect des normes et protocoles d’architecture. Conseiller et agir dans le cadre d’un MI (Major Incident). Votre profil : Niveau master ou expérience équivalente. Expérience significative en tant qu’architecte IT, passionné par la technologie et l’innovation. Capacité à relier la technologie aux besoins et stratégies de l’entreprise, et à la traduire en concepts compréhensibles pour la direction. Intérêt ou expérience dans un environnement agile et collaboratif. Notre offre : Type de contrat : Durée indéterminée.
