Master Production Scheduler

We are currently looking for a Master Production Scheduler.
**Responsibilities**:
Independently creates production schedules for multiple value streams
Monitors production execution and adjusts schedules as needed to ensure on-time performance
Identifies and reports capacity constraints
Collaborates with applicable groups to ensure materials and equipment are available to support production schedules
Manages sales funnel activity to forecast urgent resource needs and inventory requirements
Provides key data required for daily management activities
Works with Customer Service to determine sales order delivery dates
Collaborates with internal resources such as purchasing, product development, and sales for phase-in of new products and phase-out of discontinued products
Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies and Danaher Core Values
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain or science related field from an accredited college or university; OR in absence of a degree, relevant experience required
3+ years in a manufacturing or scheduling role, required
Working knowledge of SAP, or a similar tier one ERP system, preferred
Prior professional experience within an ISO 9001, 13485 or 14001 certified organization, preferred
Proficient in the Microsoft Office package
Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Ability to solve complex problems, provide perspective on existing solutions and exercise judgement based on
