Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble, and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.
Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances has been a reference in IT thanks to its expertise, transparency, and proximity. We are looking for a Functional Analyst for our client in Brussels.
Telework/onsite : 3 days onsite - Max 2 days remote
Responsibilities:
- You will mainly work in the team that supports the MDM system.
- You are responsible for the analysis of the business requirements. You will lead discussions and organize workshops to identify possible solutions and reach a consensus if necessary.
- You analyze, check and validate the deliverables of our partners.
- You follow up on the deliverables from the requirements gathering to the commissioning.
- You will answer functional questions during the development phase.
- You will assist in the documentation and execution of tests; You will coordinate and assist in the execution of User Acceptance tests with the business.
- You are responsible for evaluating, analyzing and documenting the identified bugs. You guarantee the follow-up of the solution in the context of the tests that fall under your competence, as well as the Business Acceptance tests.
- You ensure the coherence between the business requirements and the final solution.
- You challenge the solutions proposed by the suppliers.
- You update the business documentation (processes, user guides).
- You have strong change management awareness and the ability to collaborate with business teams effectively, facilitating discussions to ensure acceptance of new solutionsYou help solve the incidents/problems as a second line of support
Required skills:
- Experience as functional analyst - Mandatory
- Experience in IT sector - Mandatory
- Experience in energy sector - Mandatory
- Experience with EnergyIP - Should have
- UML / BPMN - Should have
- Kwowledge of SQL (can read and interpret) - Should have
- Jira - Nice to have
Languages:
- English - Fluent - Mandatory
- French or Dutch - Fluent in one of both and very good knowledge (comprehension and reading) of the other language
