Building Ambassador

Als Building Ambassador, ben je verantwwordelijk voor de interne en externe gastervaring en andere diensten die door front of house worden geleverd, waaronder : post
- en verzendroutines, conciërgediensten en helpen bij evenementen.
- U zorgt voor een goede en duidelijke communicatie met de klant en is de schakel tussen de klant en de medewerkers.
- Je zorgt voor het dagelijks administratief opvolging : planning, facturatie, bestellingen, stock, en gebruikt de informaticatools.
- Je verzekert de operationele opvolging van de soft services: cleaning, catering, receptie
- Planning, facturatie, bestellingen
- Rapportering waar nodig
- Je verzekert de operationele opvolging van het veiligheidsactieplan, risico analyse, toolbox vergaderingen
- Diverse administratieve taken: gegevens centraliseren en opvolgen, klassement, beheer agenda’s, interne & externe correspondentie, filtreren en beantwoorden van telefonische oproepen (externe & interne klanten).
Wij zoeken iemand die:
- Je hebt een Bachelor of door ervaring in gelijkaardige functie
- Een positieve ervaring in de FM is een plus
- U bent drietalig Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Dienstverlening op de eerste plaats zet;
- Discreet kan werken;
- Analytisch ingesteld is, zich kan organiseren en zin voor vooruitgang heeft;
- Verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen ook wanneer er veel werk is;
- Flexibel en dynamisch is;
- Die commercieel ingesteld is en zeer goed kan communiceren;
- Je bent een teamplayer - One Team Approach;
- Goed overweg kan met MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
