At our Service & Support Office, we are keen to make a personal effort in assisting our different hotels and residences so they can entirely focus on “adding color to our guests’ days”

**Who are YOU?**

You are young, enthusiast, and willing to work in a multicultural environment. You have strong administrative skills, a very good team spirit, ability to take initiative and ability to work independently and for a team. You are creative, dynamic and can follow several projects at the same time. You are willing to develop yourself in a sales executive position. Your communication skills are excellent; you are service oriented able to deliver a highly positive customer experience. You are familiar with building relationships that last and you manage your time efficiently. You speak French or/and Dutch and English fluently.

**What will you do?**
As Sales Coordinator, you will support the Account Managers in their individual projects (market research, presentations, fairs, presentations). You will create Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations, compile production reports, planning and accompanying Account Managers to sales actions where needed. You will take care of mailings and telephones. You will handle small accounts and create strong relationships. You have knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. You will be working closely with the department of Marketing, Revenue and Operations.
