Je verzorgt projecten voor de nieuwe boekhoudkundige software applicaties voor de 10 Federale Wetenschappelijke Instellingen (FWI's) en Belnet (11 entiteiten) die afhangen van de POD Wetenschapsbeleid.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van deze projecten door ervoor te zorgen dat de doelstellingen bereikt worden en houdt de timing en het budget onder controle.
- Je helpt bij het opstellen van aanbestedingen/bestekken voor het opstarten van projecten.
- Je volgt de evoluties van de beste praktijken in de technologie
- en overheidssector.
- Je helpt bij de ondersteuning van de AD B&B van de POD Wetenschapsbeleid door nieuwe oplossingen te zoeken/voor te stellen in het kader van de aankoop van een nieuw boekhoudprogramma voor de 11 entiteiten.
- Je draagt bij aan het opbouwen van duurzame relaties met toekomstige gebruikers van het nieuwe boekhoudprogramma.
- Je maakt de balans op van de bestaande boekhoudkundige oplossingen om de toekomstige behoeften van de nieuwe boekhoudapplicatie vast te stellen.
- Je zorgt voor proactieve communicatie met toekomstige gebruikers.
