ACENSI Belgium is looking for a Project Management Officer.
**Function description**:
Support to the CSC Chief of Staff (CSC Strategy&Support)
**What will you do?**
- Preparation of strategic presentations, speeches, videos, internal meetings of the head of CSC. This also includes the reporting towards ExCo, KPI reporting, input for Board presentations,...
- Co-organization of the CSC management team off-sites and CSC extended management teams (agenda topics & speakers, presentations,...), in close collaboration with CSC Communications Team
- Ad hoc data gathering and crunching in context of (pre-)studies, reportings, analysis, and making this data visually clear & strong (e.g in PPT presentation)
- Managing your own projects and initiatives for CSC. The type of project can vary in function of timing and priorities. For example FTE/Budget review, strategic KPI dashboard, explore opportunities of Generative AI for CSC,...
**Required experience / knowledge**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Technical experience - **Mandatory**
- Ms Office: Powerpoint (advanced level), Excel (pivot tables), Word
- Teams
- Business experience - **Mandatory**
- Communication & presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Business experience - **preferable**:
- First experience in a strategic/Project environment is considered as a plus
**Your profile**
- You speak fluently French or Dutch. You have a good level of English.
- You have at least an Bachelor Business related
