Dans le cadre d?un programme stratégique de transformation à l?échelle internationale, une équipe dédiée accompagne plusieurs projets liés aux produits et services de Cash Management à destination de la clientèle Corporate et Grands Comptes.
Ce poste combine des responsabilités en gestion de projet et en analyse métier, avec pour objectif principal l'amélioration du service client autour de la question critique : «?Où est mon paiement ? ».
**Objectifs du poste**: En tant que Project Manager : Piloter un stream transverse ?Corporate Servicing?, alignant tous les contributeurs internes et externes.
**Superviser les différentes phases du projet**: cadrage, conception, mise en ?uvre.
Assurer la coordination entre plusieurs entités (internationales et locales).
Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle, les délais et la qualité des livrables.
**En tant que Business Analyst**: Analyser en profondeur les requêtes des clients pour comprendre le ?quoi? et le ?pourquoi?.
Cartographier les parcours de paiements de bout en bout (initiation ? crédit).
Identifier les blocages récurrents (opérationnels, techniques, ou liés aux banques correspondantes).
Proposer des solutions concrètes et ciblées en réponse aux véritables causes des incidents.
**Formation**:
Diplôme Bac+5 (Master) en gestion de projet, informatique, finance ou équivalent.
**Langues**:
**Français**: excellent niveau oral et écrit
**Anglais**: excellent niveau oral et écrit
**Expérience et compétences techniques**:Indispensables**:
Minimum 6 ans d?expérience en gestion de projets fonctionnels dans le secteur bancaire
Expertise confirmée en tant que Project Manager et Business Analyst
Aisance dans les environnements pilotés par projet (mode agile ou classique)
Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles (FR/EN)
**Souhaitées**:
Expérience dans le Cash Management ou les produits de paiement
Connaissance des processus bancaires de traitement des paiements
Pratique des environnements internationaux et multi-entités
**Compétences comportementales (Soft skills)**:
Excellent relationnel et gestion des parties prenantes
Esprit analytique et vision end-to-end
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes
Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie
Capacité d?adaptation et ouverture au changement
Orientation résultats et sens du service client
Esprit structuré et souci du détail
