We believe that each business is unique and that digitalization must be flexible and creative to support growth.Currently in a strong expansion phase, VS Digital is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager (Odoo) to join our team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to impactful digital transformation initiatives.Your RoleAs a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will play a central role in our Odoo projects. You will combine business analysis, project management, and ERP expertise to ensure successful delivery for our clients.This position is ideal for someone with proven Odoo experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage both people and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Odoo implementation projects from scoping to go-live.Collaborate with clients to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives.Translate business needs into functional requirements and project roadmaps.Configure Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) autonomously.Plan and coordinate project activities, deliverables, and deadlines.Support testing, training, and change management.Ensure smooth collaboration between clients, developers, and consultants.Act as the trusted advisor to clients, proposing improvements and best practices.What We're Looking ForProven Odoo experience or certification is mandatory.At least 1-5 years of relevant experience in ERP projects, consulting, or digital transformation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships.Excellent communication skills in English + French or Dutch.Team player with leadership potential, able to guide both clients and colleagues.Valid work permit for Belgium.What We OfferA role in a fast-growing Odoo Silver Partner, within a respectful, human-sized, and multicultural environment.The opportunity to take ownership of projects and directly impact client success.Real career growth opportunities towards Business Expert or Project Director roles.Valuable professional experience through close collaboration with senior experts and diverse clients.A "work hard, play hard" culture with regular team events and a friendly atmosphere.Office-based role in the heart of Brussels, easily accessible by public transport.A competitive compensation package with bonus plan, based on experience.
