Context:
To help coordinate the modernization of our data capture toolsets, we are looking for an experienced program manager to work with a cross-disciplinary team of software developers, data analysts and experimentalists to drive forward our vision.
Key accountabilities:
1. Preparing a business case, project charter, milestone plan
2. Monitoring of scope, schedule, cost all along the project execution
3. Identification/documentation of risks
4. Tracking of action/decision logs
5. Reporting to a Steering Committee
6. Project communication across the Early Solutions organization
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record for delivery of projects within the pharma life science space.
- Assess/evaluate and implement requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule.
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Strong listening skills and agility in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through follow-up, stakeholder responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work streams and the related tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Risk management skills: responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.
