**Mission context**:
- A strategic reflection is underway on the transformation of the payment processing systems to be used for Axepta Benelux, both from a technological, business and operational perspective.
- The strategic study conducted on Axepta BENELUX will assess the impacts, opportunities, and optimization levers for the best payment processing systems for this activity.
- Taking into account the specificities of the BENELUX market and Axepta's development ambitions in the region, as well as to explore scenarios to ensure a viable long-term business case.
**Function Description**:
- Lead the strategic framing phase of the Axepta BENELUX study
- Structure and plan the projects related to the integration of the new electronic payment processor and other contemplated scenarios
- Coordinate the stakeholders (business teams, IT, external partners) and ensure the smooth flow of information.
- Monitor the progress of work, identify risks, manage dependencies, and propose action plans.
- Prepare and facilitate steering committees, produce decision-making materials, and ensure regular reporting.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the deliverables produced in the context of the study.
