Role Profile Summary
You will be acting as a channel and stakeholder owner for target region chapters, accountable for developing and implementing major initiatives associated with region-wide strategy for chapters. Collaborating to ensure unified chapter branding and marketing strategy region-wide, with comprehensive plans to demonstrate relevance and value of chapter membership, volunteer engagement and programs ensuring outcomes aligned to PMI’s objectives.

Role Profile Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years progressively responsible management experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels, including experience.
- Experience building and sustaining programmatic success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups.
- Track record of successful market development and business plan development, including integration of market planning across diverse areas.
- Experience in a B to C and B to B environment highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated ability working with customers, volunteer leaders and external organizations from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a track record of positive relationships with material outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results, with ability to lead, retain, and progress staff
- Highly developed organization, planning and management skills with ability to think ahead and plan over a five (5) year horizon
- Work outside the typical work hours when necessary to meet assignments or project objectives
