**The O**pportunity**
We are seeking a Chapter lead Automation & NF to join a highly motivated team of internal and external teammembers. You will take guidance over automation testing, non-functional testing within the issuing scope. Your goal will ge to execute automation testing and check results in an automatic way. You will follow up on non functional testing linked to performance testing, robustness testing,
**Your responsibilities**
- Define, follow and review the process of Test Automation and Non Functional activities in the chapter scope
- Support and enable continuous learning in the chapter
- Lead the craftmanship from inside by working alongside the team members of the chapter
- Do evaluation of performance of team members in the chapter
- Define, follow and review guidelines that make it easy to collaborate ( inside and outside the chapter ) in regards of Test Automation and NF testing
- Define, follow and review quality standards for Test Automation and NF
- Set training paths for juniors, mediors, seniors and specialists in the chapter
- Identify, investigate and set potential innovative ways of working in the chapter
- Maintain overviews of skills and skill development
- Maintain communities of practice for Test automation

- Experience in Testing, test automation and NF testing
- Demonstrates flexibility and autonomy in handling work

- Able to work in an international environment
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Fluent in English and able to speak French with other teammebers
