Scope
- Responsible for the analysis of clients’ data with a focus on design and the development of reporting solutions

Communication and personality
- English: must have
- and at least one local language (French or Dutch) : must have
- Strong human skills: good written and oral communication, problem-solving mindset, able to work independently, dynamic, etc.
- Confident and not afraid of a new challenge

**Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or alike, and equivalent experience of 1 to 3 years within data reporting & statistics
- Excel VBA knowledge: able to automate reports or data handling in excel
- Thorough knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting Tools (BI, Tableau, ClickView, etc.)
- Capable of query data sources: working experience with SQL, ETL, etc.
- Predictive modelling (strong conceptual approach)
- Being able to work and liaise with various stakeholders, ranging from technical to non-technical
- Critical, creative and innovative “in problem-solving” attitude
- Autonomous, structured and well organized.
- Accuracy. Have a hands-on approach
- Passionate about data: you have comprehensive data and analytics proficiencies (strong analytical skills)
- Experience with tools such as Python, SAS, Cognos, Webtrek or Adobe is a plus; an interest in these tools is a must
