Gevestigd in Brussel, is Equans een jong merk dat het licht zag in 2021, maar dat steunt op meer dan 70 jaar ervaring in multitechnische installaties en onderhoudsdiensten. In het kader van deze recente rebranding, willen we een duidelijke marketing en communicatiestrategie opzetten en uitwerken om het nieuwe merk op de B2B markt te positioneren.

Op basis van de commerciële strategie en prioriteiten voor elk klantensegment, moet een aangepast marketing communicatieplan voorbereid en uitgevoerd worden. We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste MarComm’er die deze uitdaging samen met ons team wil aangaan.

**Als Marketing & Communication Specialist vertaal jij ons verhaal**:

- je stippelt een marketing communicatieplan uit gebaseerd op de globale communicatiestrategie van Equans Belux en de specifieke strategieën van de diverse klantensegmenten
- je ontwikkelt het nodige materiaal om een effectieve en impactvolle communicatie naar klanten en prospecten mogelijk te maken: presentaties, brochures, webpagina’s, mailings
- je definieert de op te volgen KPI’s m.b.t. de impact en return van de acties
- je organiseert in samenwerking met de Event manager klantenevents om onze producten en diensten te promoten
- om dit te realiseren:

- bouw je een intern netwerk uit, waarbij je luistert naar de noden van de operationele teams, deze aftoetst met de prioriteiten en strategie van het bedrijf en concrete communicatieacties voorstelt
- werk je nauw samen met externe partners en de collega’s in het team: interne com., content, pers, digital, events

- ervaring in een B2B context is een pluspunt
- basiskennis grafische software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)

- creatieve en out-of-the box mindset
- goede kennis van Nederlands & Frans
