Dans le cadre de l'évolution de notre plateforme de marketing automation, nous recherchons un expert capable de migrer les campagnes existantes et de concevoir de nouveaux parcours clients automatisés, en adéquation avec les nouvelles méthodologies mises en place Description du posteEn tant que Chef de Projet Applicatif / Expert Adobe Campaign, vous aurez pour principales missions: **Migration de campagnes existantes**: Analyser les campagnes actuelles basées sur du code SQL et les transformer en workflows optimisés dans Adobe Campaign Classic. **Création et amélioration de workflows**: Développer des parcours clients complexes et efficaces, tout en favorisant la personnalisation et l'automatisation. **Co-développement des campagnes**: Collaborer avec les responsables Go-To-Market et les parties prenantes métiers pour comprendre les besoins et co-construire les stratégies de campagnes. **Contrôle qualité**: Travailler avec rigueur et précision, les résultats de votre travail étant directement visibles par les clients. **Autonomie et planification**: Gérer de manière autonome votre charge de travail, en coordination avec votre manager. **Transmission de savoir**: Accompagner vos collègues dans l?apprentissage et la montée en compétence sur Adobe Campaign. **Alignement stratégique**: Être force de proposition sur les stratégies marketing (parcours client, next best offer, stratégies de contact, etc.) En tant que Chef de Projet Applicatif / Expert Adobe Campaign, vous aurez pour principales missions: **Migration de campagnes existantes**: Analyser les campagnes actuelles basées sur du code SQL et les transformer en workflows optimisés dans Adobe Campaign Classic. **Création et amélioration de workflows**: Développer des parcours clients complexes et efficaces, tout en favorisant la personnalisation et l'automatisation. **Co-développement des campagnes**: Collaborer avec les responsables Go-To-Market et les parties prenantes métiers pour comprendre les besoins et co-construire les stratégies de campagnes. **Contrôle qualité**: Travailler avec rigueur et précision, les résultats de votre travail étant directement visibles par les clients. **Autonomie et planification**: Gérer de manière autonome votre charge de travail, en coordination avec votre manager. **Transmission de savoir**: Accompagner vos collègues dans l?apprentissage et la montée en compétence sur Adobe Campaign. **Alignement stratégique**: Être force de proposition sur les stratégies marketing (parcours client, next best offer, stratégies de contact, etc.) **Compétences requisesTechniques**: **Indispensable**: Expérience significative sur Adobe Campaign Classic Maîtrise du langage SQL pour comprendre les campagnes existantes **Souhaitée**: Connaissance des processus de migration de campagnes marketing Capacité à optimiser des workflows complexes **Métier**: Expérience dans la création de parcours clients complexes dans Adobe Campaign Connaissance des stratégies marketing omnicanales Compréhension des notions de "next best offer", stratégies de contact, etc. **Langues**: **Néerlandais**: langue maternelle ou excellente compréhension (si francophone) **Français**: langue maternelle ou excellente compréhension (si néerlandophone) **Anglais**: bon niveau oral et écrit requis pour le travail quotidien **Soft Skills**: Esprit orienté solution et innovation Bonnes capacités de communication, collaboration et négociation Esprit créatif et rigoureux Bon sens de l?organisation et de la gestion des priorités
