As **Head of People Belgium**, you will take full responsibility for our local People Department, which is continuously evolving and growing. You’ll be the strategic partner to the local leadership team and managers, constantly challenging the status quo and driving innovation. You will have the responsibility of making sure we systematically improve the work environment processes, making sure we are compliant and best in class. Together with your team, you will ensure that working conditions are constantly improved and that we operate as an industry leader in this area.
- Take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our 6-person People Team
- Oversee the entire Belgian recruiting funnel, utilize available data, and analyze every step to best and sustainably support our growth
- Manage social labor relations, organizing social elections, preparing for and participating in works council and health & safety committee meetings, and serving as the point of contact for the union delegation.
- Help shape AUTO1 Group’s strategy in Belgium by working without local top management to develop and implement smart personnel budgets, staffing plans, and long-term HR strategies
- Keep a close eye on all relevant employee KPIs, identify trends, and define a clear and precise roadmap to sustainably improve them
- Analyze our existing structures and processes, drive improvements, and have a direct impact on the efficiency of our People Department

**Qualifications**
- A university degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a similar field is desirable
- Professional experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
- Proven leadership experience and excellent skills in HR Management, local Labor Law and Talent Acquisition
- An ambitious mindset with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English are essential
