**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Coachen en ondersteunen van jouw auditteam, technische assistentie bieden en prestatiebeoordelingen uitvoeren op projectbasis.
- Coördineren met collega’s in andere landen om audits van dochterondernemingen van internationale klanten soepel te laten verlopen.
- Identificeren van bedrijfs
- en auditriscio's en ontwikkelen van effectieve auditstrategieën om risico’s proactief aan te pakken.
- Begrijpen van de risico's en processen van je klanten en zorgen voor nauwkeurige monitoring en beoordeling.
- Evalueren van managementveronderstellingen en schattingen op relevantie, adequaatheid en naleving van regelgeving.
- Analyseren van de opzet en efficiëntie van de financiële administratie van organisaties en identificeren van controlemaatregelen voor financiële systemen en stromen.
- Beoordelen of de organisatiestructuur voldoet aan auditdoelstellingen en waarborgen van een goede scheiding van functies.
- Uitvoeren van diepgaande financiële analyses, zowel historisch als voorspellend, met oog voor budgetten, operationele data en KPI’s.
- Zorgen dat klanten voldoen aan wetgeving, zoals IFRS, BGAAP, Economisch Recht en Vennootschapsrecht.
- Opbouwen van sterke relaties met bestaande en potentiële klanten en meewerken aan het ontwikkelen van servicevoorstellen.
- Trainen en ontwikkelen van teamleden en bijdragen aan de groei van onze praktijk.
**Over jou**:
- Je hebt een master
- of bachelordiploma in Bedrijfskunde, (Commerciële) Ingenieurswetenschappen, Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Wiskunde, Rechten of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Minimaal 7+ jaar ervaring in financiële audit, bij voorkeur bij een grote auditfirma met internationale, beursgenoteerde klanten.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
- Sterke expertise in boekhoudstandaarden, regelgeving en financiële analyse.
- Je kunt complexe concepten eenvoudig en duidelijk uitleggen aan je teamleden.
