Join our Finance Department as a Business Analyst V.I.E within the Strategic Controlling Team

Among your tasks, you will:

- Define and track Key Performance Indicators: Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to track performance and ensure data quality in Eurofins Financial Reporting tool.
- Conduct Analyses: Collect and process internal and external data (e.g. performance of start-ups, monthly financial performance, etc.) to answer monthly and ad-hoc performance questions from Senior Management.
- Continuously improve financial reporting for Eurofins leaders through the successful implementation of new tools, systems and processes.
- Manage different projects: Contribute to ad-hoc transformation, from the project planning phase to the delivery.

**Qualifications** Education**: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Sciences.

**Languages**: English proficiency.

**Personal skills**: Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail; interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication, presentation skills).

**Technical knowledge**: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) tools is required and proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools.

Please note that **V.I.E contracts **are only applicable to **European Economic Area (EEA) citizens** who are **between 18 and 28 years old**. The position is based in Brussels, Belgium.

Starting date: January/February 2025.

Duration of the programme: 12 months.
