Orange Business Digital Services is looking for new talent to lead the way to becoming a leading European digital transformation company by 2030. We want to further enable our customers’ success on their digital journey with trusted partnerships and innovative solutions, enabling the deployment of cutting-edge Customer Data Platforms and Data Solutions in the latest Microsoft, GCP & Adobe technology. We are seeking a Banking & Insurance Industry Lead with a passion for Data & AI and Customer Experience, to lead our sales initiatives in the financial sector (FSI).

Each industry is led by an **Industry Lead**, supported by **Account Leads**who manage specific clients and a **Sourcing**Lead**to progress sourcing opportunities. **Delivery Leads**work alongside Account Leads to ensure execution excellence.

You report to the **Sales Director**with key metrics around revenue growth, new project business & balancing the right profit margins. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence on the FSI market.

- Craft and execute a robust sales strategy focusing on Data & AI and Customer Experience solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead and grow the sales team, providing mentorship and development opportunities, focusing on the Data & AI and Customer Experience domains.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers in your industry.
- Drive the sales cycle from beginning to end, leveraging deep domain knowledge to address customer challenges with tailored solutions.
- Leverage the customer base from Orange entities for cross-selling (Orange Belgium, Orange Business Communication Services, Orange CyberDefense).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Create new value propositions together with the presales team to differentiate yourself from the competition.Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management, providing insights and strategies for expanding market share.

**Who you are**:

- That matter most for this role_

- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, IT, or related fields, with a strong understanding of Data & AI technologies and Customer Experience strategies.
- At least 8 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record in the IT services industry, specifically in Data & AI and Customer Experience solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French or Dutch and English. Trilingual is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and grow customers.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Experience with some of our key customers like BNP, KBC, Belfius, Axa, AGInsurance,
