**Job purpose**
The Business Controller will support the Controlling Team in the monthly closing process, budgeting, management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.

**Job description**
- Participate in the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial statements;
- Provide support to analyse and monitor financial performance indicators in order to guarantee the Management Team with relevant financial syntheses and reporting;
- Contribute to ad hoc requests - Determining & centralizing the objectives of the business units (budget, forecast,);
- Financial control and follow-up of the performance of the business units;
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement of financial processes and system
**Profile / requirements**
- 2-4 years of financial or business analytical experience
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Data minded
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical skills with a thorough spirit
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Well organized, rigorous and autonomous
- Ability to evolve in a “just-in-time” and fast-moving environment
- Eager to learn
- Good team player
- Power BI experience is a plus
