At XWARE, we are seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to contribute to an ambitious project in automotive glazing technology. The mission involves developing an incremental test strategy and environment, transitioning from simple manual acceptance testing to fully automated and standardized Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) software testing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to defining the overall ECU software test strategy.
- Develop test cases and scenarios, and conduct tests to verify functionality and performance.
- Design, develop, and implement HIL test systems and models to support automated testing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in developing and utilizing HIL systems (dSpace/VTSystem or ETAS) for electronic control units
- Knowledge of automotive technology in electrics/electronics fields (e.g., CAN, LIN, Diagnostics).
- Proficiency in testing tools (CANoe/CANape, vTestStudio, Polarion, etc.).
- Understanding of electronic control systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Familiarity with quality standards and models (ASPICE/CMMI).
- A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
