(Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Hardware In the Loop Specialist our Automotive team.As a Hardware In the Loop Specialist at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.Context:Join an exciting automotive project focused on developing applications for the vehicle's Head Unit (infotainment system). You will work on real in-vehicle software, collaborating with an international technical team. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your skills in a complex, innovative, and long-term project environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, deploy, and validate applications for the vehicle Head UnitOperate and maintain a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test bench to ensure app functionalityParticipate in daily team meetings and track tasks via JiraEngage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Demos, Retrospectives)Deliver application features according to the agreed sprint planEnsure software quality and compliance with project standardsProfileExperience in software development, preferably in automotive or embedded systemsKnowledge of C++ (other languages like Flutter or Rust is a plus)Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum teamsAnalytical, proactive, and structuredGood communication skills and strong team spiritMotivated to learn and tackle complex technical challengesWhat can you except as a B.E.S. consultant?Great projects in Engineering and High Technologies through major players to develop your technical skills and hard skills,Knowledge sharing processes though our competences centers and experts' communities to grow your multi-sectorial knowledge,A strong development plan to improve your soft skills such as Leadership, Communication skills, Change & People management capabilities...A full package made of gross salary on 13.92 months, lunch allowance, entertainment expenses, company car & fuel card, group insurances, OR a VIE contract,A friendly, lively working environment within a dynamic and motivated team
