- Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
- Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user and technologies Information Systems.
- Experience in Agile.
- Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle
- Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture.
- Good knowledge of modelling tools.
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS.
- Good knowledge of business process analysis.
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus).
- Good redaction skills.

**Specific Expertise**:

- Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- At least 5 specific expertise in Java SE/EE (competence level min 4)
- At least 5 years working experience with SOAP/REST webservices (competence level min 4)
- At least 5 years working experience with Oracle DB (competence level min 4)
- At least 5 years working experience with SCRUM methodologies (competence level min 4)
- At least 5 years experience in Scrum methodology (competence level min 4)
- Following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks:
- Mandatory certification (one of):
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO),
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO),
- SAFe Product Owner or equivalent
- Optional certifications:
- ITIL certification above ITIL foundation (or equivalent).
- Project management certification such as Prince2, PM² or equivalent
