Thalys a lancé 2 programmes stratégiques pour améliorer la régularité des trains et la gestion des situations perturbées (information, prise en charge, etc.). En tant que Operations Quality & Documentation Officer (contrat V.I.E.), vous ferez partie de la direction Operations de Thalys, et plus spécifiquement de l’équipe Program Support. Vous participerez à l’animation et au suivi de ces programmes et serez responsable d’actions d’étude et d’analyse sur la production de Thalys. Vos missions permettront de découvrir les activités de Thalys avec une vue à 360° sur les métiers opérationnels et supports.

**Concrètement, il s’agit de**:

- Veiller à la qualité de l’information transmis par le Centre Opérationnel
- Réaliser le reporting et l’analyse de la performance CO
- Etre en support du Operations Safety & Training Coordinator pour le suivi des documents opérationnels
- Mise en place d’un outil d’émargement des documents opérationnels pour les agents CO
- Suivi des deadlines des actions PAS, documents à mettre à jour
- Suivi des contrats CO, non lié à la sécurité
- Vous avez un diplôme de niveau Bachelor
- Vous démontrez votre proactivité et votre autonomie et avez d’excellentes capacités de d’analyse et de suivi
- Votre orientation solution est l'une de vos forces principales, tout comme votre orientation client (interne)
- Vous aimez vous développer dans un contexte en évolution
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec outils MS Office
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais. Le néerlandais est un atout.
