- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a similar role + 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of at least two of the following disciplines:

- Business Architecture
- Application Architecture
- Technical Architecture
- Information Architecture
- Strong communication skills (customer-oriented, management, etc.).
- Coaching skills (project teams, etc.).
- Experience with model-oriented approaches (UML, data modeling, process modeling).
- Interest in Master Data Management, data quality, and data.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience with PRINCE2.
- Experience with SCRUM.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with Enterprise Architect.
- Experience in the insurance sector.
