**Nous cherchons**
Un **Marketing & Digital Officer** pour renforcer notre **équipe Information & Communication** composée de 5 personnes.
**Vos tâches et responsabilités**:
- Vous gérez notre communication interne. Pour ce faire, vous rédigez et adaptez des contenus de communication pour publication via notre newsletter interne.
- Vous gérez notre site web : vous créez, coordonnez et traduisez des articles.
- Vous analysez les statistiques web et enquêtes et optimisez les actions à travers d’idées innovantes afin d’accroître la visibilité en ligne.
- Vous êtes le point de contact de nos partenaires externes en ce qui concerne les formations et publications et gérez les offres de prix et la facturation.
- Vous participez à l’organisation d’événements internes et externes ainsi que de webinaires et en assurez le suivi administratif.
- Vous développez une stratégie marketing promotionnelle et la mettez en œuvre dans le but d’agrandir la visibilité et de fidéliser.
- Vous développez et gérez nos réseaux sociaux.
- Vous participez à l’élaboration de notre nouvel ERP en tant que Key User.
**Profil**:
- Vous êtes bilingue néerlandais-français.
- Vous avez suivi une formation supérieure, idéalement en marketing ou communication.
- Vous avez des connaissances en marketing digital (orienté B2B).
- Vous excellez dans la création et rédaction de textes.
- Vous êtes une personne dynamique et disponible et faites preuve d’une ouverture d’esprit vers les nouveautés, les changements, les propositions,
- Vous savez travailler de manière autonome tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les différents intervenants.
- Une expérience en gestion de projets est un atout.
