**Function**:
Excited to work on a project for a key Belgian player in the energy landscape

At Elia Transmission Belgium, you will contribute to the reliability and sustainability of the electricity supply, which is crucial for the energy transition. You will join a dynamic team working on innovative solutions to enhance the energy market and facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources. Your role is essential in supporting operational continuity and advancing technological progress within the organization.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support business and operational continuity through technological solutions.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure services for effective incident management.
- Communicate incidents and decisions with an understanding of business processes and priorities.
- Implement and manage a full-cycle incident management process, including the implementation of long-term solutions in accordance with the roadmap of the tools.Support end-to-end testing of complete business flows (e.g. cross-functional DRP execution).

**Daily Activities**:

- **During Business Hours**:

- Deepen knowledge of CMS and Assets domains.
- Support core areas, coordinate testing, and coordinate incident management.
- Set up preventive measures to improve security and availability.Identify and implement improvements in tools and business processes.
**Outside Business Hours**:

- Operate in a 24/7 rotational mode.
- Activate failsafe processes and handle incident management.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure services and maintain documentation knowledge.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to switch between technical and business teams.
- Experience with business process and data modelling, functional analysis, and understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Initial professional experience in the energy sector.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Customer-oriented, flexible, critical thinking, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational mode.
- Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions.
