**The O**pportunity**

The assignment of the Field Services is the maintenance and installation of our various payment terminals and / or payment solutions at customers.

As Dispatcher/planner you ensure that our service level agreements are respected for the customers, For technicians, you make the most correct planning possible.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating installations/interventions
- Assigning tasks to technicians and ensuring efficient trip planning.
- Monitoring the progress of interventions/installations and making adjustments where necessary.
- Communicating with technicians, customers and internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Handling absences and maintaining administration.
- Contributing to the optimisation of planning processes.

- At least a completed Secundary education,
- Relevant work experience in a similar position is a plus
- Excellent command of the Dutch language and French and good command of English, both orally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with planning software.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
