Commercial Transformation Director

**Functie**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en implementeren van commerciële veranderingen binnen de organisatie.
- Je speelt een **sleutelrol** in het succesvol vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar concrete initiatieven op vlak van **sales** en **marketing**.
- Je analyseert kritisch de bestaande commerciële activiteiten en initieert de nodige **verandertrajecten** die de commerciële processen, structuren of strategieën verbeteren.
- Je doet actief aan **stakeholdermanagement** en fungeert als **bruggenbouwer** tussen verschillende afdelingen in de organisatie om draagvlak te creëren voor verandering.
- Je leidt de veranderprojecten binnen sales en marketing van a tot z, inclusief planning, communicatie, risicoanalyse en rapportage.
- Je **analyseert** markt - en klantgegevens om opportuniteiten te identificeren en verandering te onderbouwen.
- Je treedt op als **coach**, **motivator** en **klankbord** naar je team toe om hen stap voor stap te laten groeien in de veranderingstrajecten. Je ontwikkelt daarbij communicatiestrategieën en de nodige opleidingsprogramma’s.
- Je **monitort** de effectiviteit van de initiatieven en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je maakt deel uit van het **directieteam** en rapporteert aan de CEO.
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een **masterdiploma** in een bedrijfseconomische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minimum 7 jaar ervaring in een strategisch-commerciële functie met een bewezen track record in **change** **management**.
- Je bent **analytisch** ingesteld en beschikt over sterke communicatieve skills om je boodschap aan te passen aan je gesprekspartners.
- Je bent een **verbindend** persoon die zowel op vlak van people management als stakeholdermanagement de nodige relaties weet te bouwen.
- Je bent een sterke **coach** en **motivator** om een team binnen een veranderende omgeving te inspireren en te motiveren.
- Je bent **loyaal**, collegiaal en empathisch ingesteld.
- Je hebt een **hands-on** mindset en fungeert als voorbeeld binnen de organisatie.
