To expand the Finance department in Brussels, we are looking for a (M/F):
Business Unit Financial Assistant

Function

**Your Mission**:
You will join an international, young and dynamic team.

Our objectives at the financial and administrative department are:
Management of the customer invoicing and revenue recognition of the Business Unit;
Contribution to the internal reporting and assistance to Project Managers for financial matters;
Being the main Point of Contact between the different departments and the accountants;
Ensuring that standard rules, regulation and internal procedures are followed correctly.

**Your main activities will be**:
Follow-up of customer orders/contracts;
Follow-up of the revenue recognition and input of the data for the month-end close;
Invoicing & cash collection;
Cost follow up - Analysis, validation and purchase order creation.

Profile

You have a Bachelor's diploma with a financial background or an equivalent professional experience of 0-3 years.

You are very familiar with Excel

You have an affinity with figures and you are versatile, rigorous, organized and pro-active

You have good communication skills

You are fluent in French and English (speaking/writing)
