Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Luxury Fashion Brand we are looking for a:
Assistant Store Manager

As Assistant Manager you support the Store Manager in ensuring the daily business operations in order to achieve the store business goals.

Responsibilities:
Business Developer
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, customer service, and operational functions within the store;
- Sell the collection and especially to the VIC/VIP ;
- Analyze the results, verifying daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearly assessments;
- Ensure the correct rotation of the goods in the warehouse;
- Implement action plans from the Headquarters and the Store Manager and guarantee to follow up at the store level;
- Update the Sales Staff on the KPIs and give them support to reach them.

Leader and People Developer
- Organize and conduct staff induction and training programs to enhance product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management;
- Support the Store Manager during daily morning briefs enhancing staff animation;
- Assist the store manager with the periodical staff evaluations;

Brand Promotor
- Promote the culture of the brand;
- Monitor and promote a sales ritual in line with brand policy ensuring the team provides excellent customer service

Process Manager
- Oversee management of the warehouse space;
- Supervise goods receiving and ensure stock management is efficient and timely;
- Support the store manager in maintaining organization of administrative responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant retail management experience (at least 3 years);
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
- Fluent communication in French and English, Dutch is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written;
- MS Office knowledge Problem-solving capabilities;
- Flexibility.
