Our client, a well-known real estate company, is looking to hire a Property Accountant to join their team.

What are the responsibilities related to the job ?

You will be taking care of:

- the financial management and reporting of a portfolio of buildings
- bank statements and credit control
- invoicing and payments
- balance sheet & profits and loss
- VAT declaration
- closings
- and much more

What are the qualifications needed for the job ?
- Ba in accounting
- 3 years of experience as an accountant
- FR/NL + EN
