**Microsoft Technical Lead**: **Leuven**: Onze klant is een internationale leider in innovatieve oplossingen op vlak van taal, document management & websites. Hun klanten zijn zakelijke klanten en overheidsinstellingen over de hele wereld. Voor hun vestiging in Leuven zijn ze op zoek naar een M365 Technical Lead om het team naar het volgende niveau te tillen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitrol van projecten binnen M365, Azure, Power Platform en Valo Intranet. **Functie**: - Je leidt projecten binnen Microsoft 365 en geeft leiding aan de collega’s in je team - Met je functionele & technische expertise in M365 breng je de projecten tot een goed einde - Je bent hands-on betrokken in de ontwikkeling & implementatie van oplossingen bij klanten - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de projecten - Je ondersteunt je team bij het oplossen van problemen - Je communiceert actief met klanten om te zorgen dat hun noden goed begrepen worden - Je werkt mee aan de continue verbetering van de manier van werken **Profiel**: - Je kan zowel autonoom werken als in een team - Je hebt strategisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve aard - Je bent een sterke communicator met oog voor detail - Je geeft het goede voorbeeld, neemt initiatief en zoekt altijd naar mogelijkheden om het werk van jou en je team te verbeteren **Technische Skills**: - Je hebt enkele jaren hands-on ervaring in de implementatie van Microsoft toepassingen - Je hebt een sterke kennis van M365, inclusief Office 365, Azure en Teams - Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een internationale omgeving - Ervaring in een consultancy of service delivery omgeving is een sterke plus **Aanbod**: - Je werkt aan state-of-art projecten voor grote, internationale organisaties - Mogelijkheid om te groeien.
