Voor onze activiteiten op de luchthaven van Zaventem bij Vebego Airport Services zijn wij op zoek naar een Operations Manager om ons team te versterken.
Als Operations manager bij Vebego Airport Services Belgium ben je verantwoordelijk voor het geven van de directe leiding aan 4 facility managers en onrechtreeks aan nog 189 interne medewerkers en 120 flexibele externe medewerkers.
De operations manager heeft als eindverantwoordelijkheid de operationele uitvering van alle schoonmaak werkzaamheden binnen de luchthaven van Zaventem.
In een dynamische wereld als die van de luchthaven weet jij je staande te houden. Je speelt perfect in op de noden van onze medewerkers zonder onze waarden uit het oog te verliezen. Je werkt niet alleen, bij Vebego Airport Services Belgium werken wij samen. Je weet vanuit jouw sleutelrol mensen te motiveren mee te bewegen.
Wat mag je gaan doen?
- Opmaak en opvolging van operationeel budget. Het vertalen van contractafspraken naar concrete operationele (jaar) doelstellingen / KPI's en het behalen van deze doelstellingen conform vastgestelde beleidskaders.
- Het vormgeven en optimaliseren van processen (operational excellence) in lijn met de veranderende omgeving.
- Waarborgen van de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten en daarbij efficiënt inzetten van mensen en middelen.
- Verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitssysteem en externe audits
- Verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkinstructies
- Uitwerken van strategisch plan op lange termijn
- Onderhouden van contacten met de klant en externe stakeholders. Hierbij een constructieve dialoog en lange termijn relaties voorop stellen.
- Het begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en zorgdragen voor adequate verzuimbegeleiding, dossieropbouw in brede zin, het voeren van functionerings
- en beoordelingsgesprekken en behandelen van verlofaanvragen;
Wie ben jij?
- Hogere opleiding (Bachelor/Master) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Min 8 jaar relevante ervaring in operationele omgeving
- Sterke people manager die tussen de mensen staat en die weet wat er leeft op de vloer
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; open en transparant
- Hands-on; resultaatgericht, besluitvaardigheid, proactieve houding
- Relationeel sterk, aandacht voor stakeholdermanagement en klantgerichtheid
- Perfect 2 talig Nederlands - Frans
- Flexibiliteit op het gebied van werkuren gewenst
