As **Project Manager Network Operations** you ensure the realization of network extensions, and adjustments by supervising contractor (s), steering on reliable planning, delivery date and budget, taking care of progress reporting and informing internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Description**:
You are the spider in the web of the projects you lead. The playing field of contacts is therefore both within and outside the own department and organization.
- You are the point of contact for both colleagues and for the contractors you supervise.
- You manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage multiple contractors.
- You are responsible for timely implementation within budget, quality of implementation and associated administration tasks.
- You manage, monitor and report on the progress of the projects assigned to you on time, money, quality and the provision of information. You guarantee that all necessary steps are carried out. To this end, you conduct progress interviews with the internal organization and the contractor.
- You are ultimately responsible for the delivery of a completed project. You also complete the project with the contractor after completion.
- You ensure correct compliance with the agreements made and that the correct processes are followed and systems are used.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all internal and external communication about the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably within Telecom
- It is a plus to have a good knowledge of Telecom techniques, such as xWDM, MPLS, IP and SDH
- Experience and affinity in supervising and coordinating teams and activities
- You speak and write Dutch, French and English well
