**About the job**:
- For the Fibre-to-the-Home project, we are looking for someone who can provide administrative support to relieve the site and project managers of their tasks. You will be working closely with your colleague project administrator to keep everything on track. You will work from the office in Kontich.
**Some of your tasks**:
Your tasks:
- You support project managers, site managers and the city manager in their daily administrative challenges
- You perform administrative tasks in support of construction sites (you link documents, measurement statements, measurements to project files)
- You follow up on any complaints;
- You draw up quotations;
- Invoicing of the works;
- You process invoices;
- Checking the purchase invoices;
- You schedule appointments with residents of cities for the installation of fibre optics.
**Your profile**:
- If you have experience as an administrative assistant in the construction industry, that is a strong plus
- School leavers with an interest in administration are also encouraged to apply.
- You have strong communication and organisational skills.
- You are proactive and can multitask well
