Functie: Security Project Manager (FR of NL + EN)

Locatie: Brussel, België (Hybride: 2 dagen per week op locatie)

Vereiste Talen: Frans OF Nederlands + Engels (mínimaal C1 voor beide)

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Projectplanning en uitvoering: Leiden van de planning, uitvoering en het beheer van beveiligingsgerelateerde projecten, inclusief netwerkbeveiliging, gegevensbescherming, toegangscontrole en nalevingsinitiatieven.
- Risicobeoordeling en mitigatie: Nauw samenwerken met beveiligingsteams om risico's te beoordelen en ervoor te zorgen dat projecten potentiële kwetsbaarheden of blootstellingen verminderen.
- Communicatie met stakeholders: Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt tussen projectstakeholders, beveiligingsteams en externe leveranciers, en ervoor zorgen dat alle partijen op één lijn liggen over projectdoelen, tijdlijnen en opleveringen.

Vereiste Technische Vaardigheden:

- Bachelor in Informatica, Informatie Technologie, Cyberbeveiliging of een gerelateerd vakgebied (Master-preferred).
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in beveiligingsprojectmanagement, IT-projectmanagement of functies die betrekking hebben op cybersecurity.
- Kennis van cybersecuritytools en -technologieën (firewalls, SIEM, encryptie, enz.).
- Sterk begrip van beveiligingskaders, nalevingsvereisten en risicobeheer.
- Vaardigheid in projectmanagementtools (bijv. MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ervaring met Agile
- of Scrum-methodologieën.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden met de mogelijkheid om stakeholders te betrekken en te beïnvloeden.

Certificeringen:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) of een vergelijkbare certificering.
- Industriecijfers zoals CISSP, CISM of CISA zijn een plus.
