**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- A Risk & Compliance Lead with extensive experience in risk management, audit preparation, Business Continuity Plan BCP and release management for large scale and complex regulated organizations
- Accountable for ISO target achievements

**We count on you to**:

- Develop an overall quality strategy for the ISO scope and each of the platform and digital domains
- Facilitate analysis of deviation root causes and identify methods to reach target
- Define quality targets, guidelines, and measurements and embed risk & compliance management principles by design into product and platform teams' work
- Coordinate audit preparation and remediation action log management, also with the IT shared services provider
- Establish Business Continuity Plan documentation and coordinating with relevant teams
- Be the release management process and calendar owner, ensuring consistency and maturity across all teams
- Effectively communicate risk policies and processes to the organization and act as a point of contact for audits

**You will bring**:

- A Master's degree in a relevant field of study
- Strong experience in risk management, audit, and BCP activities in large-scale complex regulated organizations.
- Working experience in Agile environments and Risk management certifications are a plus.
