Which is where you come in. **What you will be doing**: As the** Supply Chain Manager Raw Materials and Refining** you are the main interface between the Supply Chain Management Domain, the local production sites and the Supply Team. **Strategic Design and Integration of Raw Material Planning** - Lead the conceptual design and implementation of raw material planning (volumes and technical requirements) and integrate new functionalities like traceability and CO₂ footprint tracking into SCM processes. - Harmonize, reassess, and update SCM processes, systems, and governance in alignment with changing business needs. **Operational Planning and Coordination** - Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for raw material planning across all SCM planning horizons (IBP/S&OP/SIOP/S&OE), consolidating site demands and coordinating with the global Supply Team. - Ensure structured and timely information flow (demand forecasts, volume needs, sourcing constraints) while maintaining a "single source of truth." **Stock Management and Capital Optimization** - Drive initiatives to optimize raw material inventory levels (e.g., stock target setting, turnover increase, lead time reduction). - Implement robust stock monitoring and reporting processes, challenging supply teams on deviations to ensure working capital efficiency. **Financial Modelling and Business Case Development** - Lead the development of financial models and raw material-related business cases, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management to support strategic supply decisions and risk mitigation. **Leadership and Stakeholder Management** - Represent SCM towards the Supply Team and senior management globally, facilitating cross-functional collaboration. - Manage direct reports and provide functional supervision across SCM for raw material requirement collection and communication, ensuring team development and organizational alignment. **Who we are looking for**: - Master degree, in a domain that requires strong analytical thinking - 5-8 years work experience linked to supply chain management and/or administrative flows - Experience in project management linked to transformational projects is a plus - Ability to work with a significant amount of data in a complex environment. From details to helicopter view, all has to be managed. - Strong ability to work conceptual, to see the link between activities inside and outside the domain, as well as being able to define workflows and system requirements - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with first experience in top management reporting - English working language is a must. Dutch/French is an asset. Korean/Chinese/Japanese are a nice add-on. - International mindset with first experiences abroad and/or in an multicultural work environment - IT skills: solid Office skills, SAP/Anaplan and/or other supply chain related tools is a strong plus - First people management experience is a plus **What we offer**: We aim to lead the way.
