**head of account management** role might be the perfect challenge for you.
Our client is an up-and-coming programmatic advertising agency with a clear specialization, French roots, and an international reach.
They are known as disruptors withing their niche and are the go-to specialist within a scene of generalists.
**YOUR ROLE**
You are responsible for the
**daily management** of the
**6 headed account management team**.
Since their experience levels vary from
**fresh-out-of-school** to
**strategic mastermind** - you are able to adapt your style to the needs of your team.
Furthermore, you are the company’s eyes and ears when it comes to their
**biggest clients**. You step up as a
**strategic sparring partner** and can generate upsell opportunities.
Last but not least, as part of the management team you will play a significant role in developing the course of the general strategy.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have at least 5 years experience in a digital agency setting
- You would describe yourself as creative, analytical, and commercial with a feeling for strategy
- You are perfectly bilingual - French & Dutch - and speak fluent English
