**Responsibilities**:
As a Facilities Officer (Facilities Operations Team) for our site _X_ you will be responsible for:
- Supplier orders, catering administration, cell phone subscriptions, small supplies of office equipment, parking tickets,...
- Providing service to colleagues
- Assisting with deliveries to the office
- The creation of a comfortable & safe working environment
- Supporting clients & events 4-5 times a month
- Various administrative tasks for which your accuracy and transparency are counted on
- Backing up the colleague at reception (lunch break)
You will really have to feel **responsible **for everything related to administration, optimization and services in our _X_ office.
Besides a sense of organization, new ideas and improvements are more than welcome. To help you accomplish your mission, we will support you with **regular follow-ups** with your manager and with support from your colleagues and your coach.
**Profile**:
**Must-have**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Maximum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You have an eye for detail and notice small areas of improvement on a daily basis. You are the designated person because of your accuracy and ambition for excellence
- Attitude is everything in this position. Small defects and number of incidents is not a problem for you. A flexible and problem-solving attitude is what we are looking for. Our motto: keep calm and carry on... service with a smile
- You are a friendly, inquisitive, professional team player with a caring attitude for our colleagues & equipment
- You dare to speak your mind in French
